OUR BREAKOUT SPACE

The PAVILLION offers covered space just steps from the Lodge for that quiet breakout room with theater seating for 80 or conference seating for 50. Don’t be distracted by the colorful trees and active wildlife!

The DECK offers a panoramic view of Saylorville lake off of the Lodge with conference seating for 258 or the perfect lunch or cocktail area. Add a tent and you’ve got banquet seating for an additional 100 guests. Make sure you include the deck in your plans!

The LODGE is our largest meeting room and seats 258 guests comfortably. It can also be divided into two separate rooms for added flexibility. Complete with audio-visual capabilities, free wireless internet and Des Moines’ premier food and beverage service. Just minutes from the city and yet worlds apart!
