1. •Vendor setup may begin 1½ hours before the event begins at no charge. 
   

2. •Lodge Fees include both the Lodge and the Deck.
   

3. •Evening ceremonies may not begin before 6:30pm during the high season. 
   

4. •Additional hours may be rented at $100.00 per hour with the exception of High Season Saturday rentals.  
   

5. •Monday-Thursday events earlier openings may be available.  
   

6. •There is a 100 person minimum on all food and beverage pricing.  For groups under 100, additional fees will be applied.  See reservation form for details.
   

7. •The $750 Catering Deposits along with the Lodge Fees are due at the time of the reservation.  Any damages will be assessed and charged to credit card on file.
